Zavalatica?

Zavalatica is a small, peaceful and desirable holiday village located in a beautiful natural cove on the southern side of the island of Korčula. It is about 30 kilometers from the city of Korčula.
There are just a few asphalt roads that lead across the island to the southern side of the island and one of them leads from the town of Čara to Zavalatica. Čara is ideally the central town on the island of Korčula. If you have ever explored the south coast of the island of Korčula by sea with a boat, you would have undeniably noticed the difference between a tame northern coast and the very steep and rough terrain of the southern coast. If you take a boat ride from Lumbarda, on the eastern cape of the island, all along the island coast to the west, the first village you will see will be Zavalatica. This area between Zavalatica and Lumbarda is around 20 kilometres of extreme beauty, and a part of the island of Korčula that is the least touched by the development of the tourism. Here you can find many private spots ideal for enjoying the Adriatic beauty in peace, tranquillity and one with harmony of nature. You will find many small bays with pebble beaches, surrounded by lush vegetation that reaches all the way to crystal blue sea, providing the protection from the sun for those that seek refreshment in hot summer days.
Zavalatica has around 500 inhabitants and is 2 kilometers from the small town of Čara. There is a beautiful beach in Zavalatica, 'Žitna' beach which is located in the neighboring bay and is about 300 meters away from the center of Zavalatica or about 125 meters from Villa Mali Ante.
